Job Summary

• A leading real estate company is looking to hire a Female Legal Officer/Company Secretary with 6 years post-call experience.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, managing corporate governance, and offering secretarial support to the board.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents and contracts.
• Providing legal advice on real estate transactions and regulatory matters.
• Ensuring corporate governance and statutory compliance.
• Preparing and maintaining board minutes, resolutions, and other corporate records.
• Liaising with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Overseeing legal risk management and compliance.

Requirements

• 6+ years post-call experience as a legal practitioner.
• Experience in real estate law or corporate governance is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and legal compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
