We are seeking a highly self-motivated, competitive snr sales executive to join our organization.
This position will play a critical role in nurturing prospects, positioning products and establishing a positive brand impression.Prefer candidate with 5+ years of Sales/Account Executive experience.
Responsibilities
Climb telecommunication towers to install, replace, or upgrade RF equipment
Install antennas, feedlines, and other RF components on towers or structures
Configure and align RF equipment to meet specified technical requirements
Test and troubleshoot equipment to ensure proper functionality
Conducting regular inspections of RF equipment and structures to identify any wear and tear, damage, or potential issues
Diagnosing and repairing faults in RF equipment, cables, and connections.
Replacing damaged or outdated components to ensure optimal performance of the RF systems.
Strictly adhering to safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment, especially when working at heights or with electrical equipment.
Use safety equipment and follow industry-standard safety practices
Performing risk assessments before beginning work to identify potential hazards and implementing measures to mitigate them.
Conduct routine maintenance checks on RF equipment as per instruction
Identify and rectify faults or malfunctions in a timely manner
Work closely with RF engineers, network technicians, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment
Preparing site reports that include details of the work performed, any issues encountered, and recommendations for future maintenance.
Ensure that installations meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations
Perform quality checks on installed equipment
Collaborate with technical support teams as needed
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
High School Diploma or equivalent: A minimum educational requirement is usually a high school diploma or its equivalent.
Tower Climbing and Rescue Certification
Experience:
Hands-on experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting RF equipment and systems.
Equipment-Specific Training: Training in the installation, maintenance, and operation of RF equipment, including antennas, cables, and base station components.
Skills Requirements:
Proficiency in installing various types of antennas on towers, rooftops, and other structures.
Ability to install and configure RF equipment and base station components.
Skills in routing and securing coaxial cables, fiber optics, and other wiring to ensure efficient signal transmission and minimize interference.
Capability to perform signal strength testing, spectrum analysis, and signal optimization .
Experience in diagnosing and resolving RF equipment faults, including issues related to signal loss, interference, and hardware malfunctions.
Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures when working at heights, including the use of harnesses, lanyards, and other fall protection equipment.
Understanding of electrical hazards and adherence to safety regulations when working with RF equipment and power systems.
Ability to react quickly and effectively in emergency situations, ensuring safety and minimizing downtime.
