Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Trainer to deliver high-quality soft skills training.
The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for delivering and evaluating training programs that focus on improving communication, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, time management, emotional intelligence, and other interpersonal skills essential for personal and professional success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, a passion for employee development, and the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct face-to-face and virtual training sessions on a wide range of soft skills topics.
Collaborate with teams to assess training needs and identify skill gaps to customize training programs accordingly.
Use interactive training techniques, such as role-playing, group activities, and case studies, to ensure active participation and engagement during training sessions.
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and post-training evaluations.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in soft skills development and corporate training methodologies, incorporating new tools and approaches into training sessions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Training & Development or similar qualifications is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering corporate training programs, with a focus on soft skills development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners.
Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials (e.g., PowerPoint, e-learning platforms) is an advantage
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to assess training needs and adapt content accordingly.

Ability to lead and inspire participants during training sessions.
Flexibility in handling diverse audiences and training environments.
Works well with cross-functional teams to support learning initiatives.
