Job Description
We are looking for experienced, passionate, smart and vibrant Senior Premium Banking Officers to implement and achieve our strategic marketing plans as well as drive the sales operations of the institution.
Responsibilities
Understand the core value, vision and mission of the institution and align them with the marketing strategy of the bank
implement marketing strategies and solutions to support the company’s overall goals and objectives
Work closely with the Business Manager in the execution of the team’s functions and activities in the Business Development segment of the institution
Identify and prospect for key decision makers in lead generation and closing sales
Understand clients’ needs and use the necessary sales funnel to close deals timeously
Champion the drive for deposit mobilization and lead generation in line with target and growth projection of the institution
Follow the trends of the market and drive new initiatives towards retaining existing customers and getting more referrals.
Implement strategic marketing plan, create lead opportunity and continuously carry-out pragmatic actions towards closing sales
Prepare transaction and call memos on a regular basis as well as provide relationship background and financial information support on customers when necessary
Manage and deepen relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.
Market the bank’s products to meet customer needs
Be a good team player working with highly efficient team of marketing professionals.
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships with individuals and institutions
Requirements
B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or relevant field;
More than 4 years proven experience in a marketing role or business development role.
Proven experience as a Premium Banking or similar role.
Demonstrable experience in developing efficient skills marketing and sales of bank’s products. (branding, product promotion, product champion, deposit etc.).
Ability to apply marketing techniques over E-business (e.g. social media/digital marketing) and non-E-business (e.g. proposal, P2P, P2B, cold calls) channels
Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g. CRM).
Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal abilities.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly and other attractive monthly incentives tied to performance.
