We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphic Designer / Motion Designer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Specific Responsibilities

• Visual Content Creation: Collaborate with team members to understand project objectives and translate concepts into engaging visual designs.
• Graphic Design: Develop graphics for both digital and print media, including advertisements, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
• PromoteBrand Consistency: Ensure a cohesive visual style across all platforms, aligning designs with the brand's identity. This includes developing and maintaining brand elements such as logos, color schemes, and typography.
• High-Quality Deliverables: Produce high-resolution graphics, illustrations, and layouts for magazines, brochures, websites, and other publications, ensuring they meet both creative and technical standards while enhancing readability and audience engagement.
• Feedback Integration: Revise designs based onteam members feedback, ensuring all requirements are met and deadlines are maintained.
• Trend Research: Stay updated on design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to ensure all graphics are innovative and on-brand.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and effectively communicating progress tointernalstakeholders.
• Presentation Skills: Clearly and effectively present design concepts, ideas, and final designs to team members and stakeholders.
• Print Production: Prepare files for print and collaborate with printers to ensure proper formats, color profiles, and resolutions meet specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
Functional Competencies / Requirements:

• A Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent proficiency with design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Dreamweaver,).
• Ability to translate ideas and concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Proficiency in designing for both digital and print media.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
