We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Medical Sales Representative

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Makurdi - Benue and Lafia - Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the products being sold, including their uses, benefits, and potential side effects.
• Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations to explain the products to healthcare providers and address any questions or concerns.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products, as well as healthcare regulations that may affect sales.
• Networking: Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and events to network with healthcare professionals and stay updated on industry developments.
• Reporting: Keep track of sales performance and provide reports to management regarding sales activities and progress towards goals.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in the following: Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, and Health Sciences is a must.
• Previous sales experience, particularly in medical or pharmaceutical sales, can be highly beneficial.

Skills Required:

• Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex medical information in an understandable way.
• Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport with healthcare professionals is essential.
• Sales Skills: A strong sales background to effectively promote and sell products.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and interpret sales data.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing regulations and market demands.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly (depending on your experience, incentive and compulsory float of 100k).
