Jobvet Services is recruiting on behalf of a third-party client who owns a Hotel to fill the position below:

Job Title: Club Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the club, ensuring smooth running of all activities.
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training to ensure high service standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain club members.
• Coordinate with event planners and manage club-hosted events.
• Maintain and manage club facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory and manage club supplies, including beverages and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Club Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of hospitality management and customer service principles.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
