Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Elevator Manager to oversee and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of elevators, escalators, and other vertical transportation systems.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, manage a skilled team, and respond to service requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise elevator installation and maintenance teams, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure maximum operational efficiency and safety of elevators and escalators.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to ensure smooth operations.
• Respond to emergency service calls and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Train and mentor team members on safety procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend upgrades or replacements for outdated equipment.
• Prepare reports and ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3 - 5 yearsof experience in elevator/escalator management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of elevator and escalator systems, along with relevant safety codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Certification in elevator technology or maintenance is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and general office applications.
