Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team; as we scale up and drive digital and financial inclusion across our markets.
In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and executing an effective recruitment process, serving as a key contact for hiring managers.
You'll actively source talent, align recruitment strategies with business needs, and drive high-quality hires across various departments.
Acting as both a coach and contributor, you'll ensure a positive candidate experience and guide stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
You'll also have the opportunity to independently lead recruitment projects and continuously enhance your recruitment expertise through ongoing development and feedback.
In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to refining our recruitment strategies. We use great tools, Ashby is our chosen ATS.
You’ll be empowered to lead hiring efforts across multiple departments, ensuring that each hire not only meets the business needs but also enhances our dynamic and collaborative culture.
With a strong focus on candidate experience and stakeholder engagement, your contributions will help drive efficiency and elevate M-KOPA’s recruitment processes to the next level.

Additional Information:
This is a fully remote role, you would be working within the following time zone (UTC -1 / UTC+3) with a diverse group of other employees working remotely from locations such as UK, Europe and Africa.
You will be reporting to the (Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Recruiter).
