We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IGCSE Physics Teacher

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

About the Job

• Teach IGCSE Physics to students aged 14-16
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Develop and maintain curriculum resources
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physics or related field
• PGCE or teaching certification
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in IGCSE Physics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse teaching environments
• Familiarity with IGCSE curriculum and assessment.

Additional Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Physics or Education
• Experience teaching other science subjects (Biology, Chemistry)
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital resources
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
