Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects related to the linkOrg service offerings, including network expansions, infrastructure upgrades, and service deployments.
The role requires a high level of coordination between technical teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
This position also involves risk management, resource allocation, and the optimization of project workflows to support the company's growth.
Define and manage project milestones, ensuring that projects progress according to the schedule.
Oversee the coordination of internal resources, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure the flawless execution of projects.
Budgeting and Financial Oversight:
Prepare detailed budgets for each project, ensuring accurate cost estimates, forecasting, and resource allocation.
Track project costs and financial performance to ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Identify and manage financial risks, implementing cost-saving measures where necessary.
Risk and Issue Management:
Identify potential risks and issues that could impact project delivery, and develop mitigation plans to reduce or eliminate these risks.
Maintain a risk register and ensure all stakeholders are informed of potential risks and contingency plans.
Stakeholder Communication and Reporting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communication, managing relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Provide regular progress updates to senior management, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver project status reports, including metrics on project performance, deadlines, and risks.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, including network engineers, field technicians, and support staff.
Foster a collaborative team environment to ensure high performance and adherence to project timelines.
Manage project team members' roles and responsibilities, ensuring accountability and support for all project phases.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that all project outputs meet the company’s quality standards and industry best practices.
Coordinate testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during project delivery.
Implement quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management:
Manage any changes in project scope, schedule, or costs and communicate them effectively to all stakeholders.
Obtain formal sign-off for major changes and ensure they are documented.
Project Documentation:
Ensure that all project documentation, such as project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports, are maintained and up to date.
Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned for continuous improvement of project management processes.
Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
