Job Summary

• Our client is a foremost organisation into the design, development, manufacture, sales, and service of e-mobilities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead the planning, installation, and operation of our charging and battery swapping stations for electric mobility solutions.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, strategic development, and operational efficiency to ensure that our clients become a leader in sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and execute strategies for the installation and operation of charging and battery swapping stations
• Provide leadership in planning the geographic rollout of stations to optimize coverage and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including city planners, utility companies, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits.

Project Management:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of charging and swapping stations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Oversee contractor selection and manage relationships with engineering, construction and technology vendors
• Ensure stations meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.

Operational Management:

• Develop and manage operational processes for the smooth functioning of the stations
• Monitor and optimize the performance of the charging and swapping networks, ensuring minimal downtime
• Implement systems to track usage, performance, and energy consumption.
• Establish and maintain preventative maintenance programs for all equipment.

Financial Oversight:

• Manage the operational budget for station planning and installation, ensuring cost efficiency and return on investment
• Analyse financial data to drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

Team Management & Development:

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure effective operation and maintenance of stations.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment focused on growth and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Masters in Business Administration
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in energy infrastructure, electric vehicle (EV) charging networks ,or related fields.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of EV charging technology, energy systems, and battery swapping solutions
• Excellent leadership, project management, and financial acumen.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to electric mobility infrastructure.
