Requirements
Customer Engagement:
Welcome and assist clients with a high level of professionalism, creating a seamless experience across furniture, interior design, and construction services.
Provide detailed product and service knowledge, including design options, construction project details, and pricing tailored to client needs.
Sales Transactions:
Efficiently handle sales transactions, including cash and credit card payments, while managing sales registers.
Assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions based on their design, construction, and budget requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, particularly in banking, insurance, real estate, and other industries involving high-value sales.
Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities within our interior design or construction services.
Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding revenue targets across our service offerings.
Analyze sales data to monitor performance and recommend strategy adjustments for improved outcomes.
Digital Marketing and Business Development:
Leverage digital marketing strategies (social media, email marketing, SEO) to promote the company’s services and attract potential clients.
Create engaging content for social media platforms and manage online campaigns to drive traffic and boost sales.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the furniture, interior design, and construction sectors.
Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand the company’s customer base.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the design, and project teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
Assist in implementing promotional campaigns that highlight the company's furniture, interior design, and construction services.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 1 - 3 years’ sales experience, especially with high-ticket items.
Prior experience in banking, insurance, real estate, or other high-value sales industries is highly preferred.
Proven proficiency in digital marketing, including managing social media platforms, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and close high-value deals.
Excellent leadership, time-management, and strategic thinking abilities.
Ability to analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies to drive improvements.
