Job Description

• We're looking for a highly organized and creative Event Manager to oversee the planning and execution of weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work flexibly, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage event planning process from concept to execution.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Develop and manage event budgets.
• Ensure seamless event execution and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct site visits and venue assessments.
• Collaborate with designers to create event concepts.
• Manage event staff and volunteers.
• ⁠Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of event planning experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficient in event management software 
• Strong attention to detail and budget management.
