Job Summary

• We are seeking for an AI Specialist who will be responsible for researching, designing, developing, and implementing artificial intelligence models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• He/She will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, optimize existing processes, and enhance product offerings.
• Your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies will be critical in driving our initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms tailored to specific business needs.
• Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful insights and patterns.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
• Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and methodologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.
• Evaluate and optimize the performance of AI models through testing and validation.
• Create and maintain documentation for AI processes, models, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on AI-related projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and machine learning, with a strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib) and database management systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Research:

• Knowledge of ethical AI practices and frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI model deployment.
