KUO Fire Safety Limited is a comprehensive fire safety and engineering company with head office in Ghana specializing in branded firefighting equipment, electromechanical services, personal protective equipment, CCTV camera, and burglar alarm systems. We work with an array of companies and institutions across the country and our clients include many top corporations. We have our Nigerian office in Ikoyi, Lagos.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Lead Engineer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, install, and maintain fire suppression systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire safety systems.
• Lead fire safety engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Provide technical expertise in fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Manage a team of engineers and technicians to ensure project deadlines and client expectations are met.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on fire safety systems.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop effective fire safety strategies.
• Conduct training and workshops on fire safety systems for staff and clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety engineering, with a focus on installation design and maintenance.
• Proven experience with fire suppression systems, fire alarms, sprinklers, and other fire safety systems.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
