Description 

• As our Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

•  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
•  Strengthen and protect the company's brand identity and reputation.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, analyze trends, and assess the competitive landscape.
• Create and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, public relations, and traditional marketing.
• Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert potential customers.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of highquality content, such as blog posts, articles, and videos.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and allocate resources to maximize results.
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

Qualifications

•  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement longterm marketing strategies.
• Ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas.
• Ability to analyze data and measure marketing performance.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
