Job Description

• As our Housekeeper Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all cleaning standards are met and that guest satisfaction is maintained.
• This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
• Assign tasks and schedules to ensure efficient operations.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to improve their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stocked.
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient operations.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Order supplies as needed and track usage.
• Ensure that guests are satisfied with the cleanliness and overall condition of their accommodations.
• Address any guest complaints or requests in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to ensure that all cleaning standards are met.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 / Month.
