We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Manager

Job Summary

  • We seek an experienced and results-driven Business Manager (BM) to join our team on a commission-based remuneration structure.
  • This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual with a robust network and a proven track record in generating new business opportunities within the IT sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Management: Oversight fo daily business operations
  • Business Development: Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities in the IT sector, focusing on Cyber Security, Data Protection, Corporate Training, and Data Analysis.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, leveraging your existing contacts and network.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Proposal and Presentation: Collaborate with the internal team to Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing our services and capabilities.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions using our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure seamless project handovers and delivery, ensuring client expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Business Development within the IT industry, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong network and contacts in the IT sector, particularly in Cyber Security, Data Protection, Corporate Training, and Data Analysis.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Understanding IT consulting services and solutions is a plus.
