Then in November 2023, we expanded our offering to include business loans and personal loans for emergencies, payday advances and so on. We also launched an investment structure that our customers have utilized to earn millions of naira monthly.

Job Title: HR Operations Lead

Summary
The HR/Operations Lead is responsible for overseeing both human resources and operational activities within the organization.
This role involves ensuring efficient operational processes and the effective management of human capital to support organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in managing operational workflows, HR practices, and driving organizational excellence through employee engagement and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Management:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and labor laws.
Lead employee engagement, training, and professional development programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide feedback, and assist department managers with performance management.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
Operational Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and support organizational goals.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all departments are aligned with business objectives.
Ensure that the company’s resources (staff, equipment, materials) are being used effectively.
Streamline and improve operational processes through technology and automation.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure operational alignment with overall business strategy.
Process Improvement:
Regularly assess operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve service delivery and reduce operational costs.
Track and report on process efficiency metrics and suggest optimizations.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead and manage both the HR and operations teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment of HR and operations with business priorities.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
Risk and Compliance Management:
Ensure operational activities comply with internal controls, external regulations, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate risks related to both operations and human capital management.
Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of HR and operational policies.
Reporting and Stakeholder Communication:
Prepare and present regular reports on HR and operational performance to senior management.
Maintain open communication with key stakeholders (e.g., department heads, external partners, senior leadership) regarding operational and HR updates.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3- 4years of experience in both HR and operations roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
Proven experience in managing teams, driving process improvements, and implementing HR strategies.
Skills:
Strong understanding of HR management and operational processes.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month (Net).
