Job Title: Accountant

Location: Warri, Delta

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Accountancy/Accounting or Accounting and Finance, with working knowledge of relevant computer applications and programs.
• Must be a Certified Chartered Accountant.
• An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• At least seven years of working experience.
• Must demonstrate sound knowledge and expertise in:
  • Financial reporting and budget management
  • Taxation
  • Regulatory standards in the oil and gas industry
  • Devising strategies to optimize financial resources
  • Auditing financial information
  • Compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements.
• Manage the company's finances, including financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Ability to negotiate the terms of business deals with clients to help drive profitability.
• Maintain financial databases.
• Ensure efficient cash flow management.
• Conduct internal audits.
• Perform financial forecasting.
• Must be able to establish and implement accounting control procedures.
• Publish financial statements in a timely manner.
