Responsibilities

• Handling accounts receivables & payables.
• Processing staff claims & reimbursement of expenses.
• Managing cost allocation, accruals, prepayments & all other related entries.
• Preparing monthly payment summaries and other related reports.
• Assisting in ad-hoc operational duties.
• Preparation of impress and Cash Book weekly/monthly/yearly.
• Preparation of Bank reconciliation monthly.
• Payment of monthly staff salary.
• Creating and processing of invoices for payment.
