Job Overview

• The Brand Communication Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing external and internal communication strategies to enhance the brand's image, increase brand awareness, and ensure a consistent message across all channels.
• The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of marketing and PR strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand communication strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain the company's brand voice across all communication platforms (social media, website, press releases, etc.).
• Create engaging content for various communication channels to promote brand identity and enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor strategies to inform brand communication plans.
• Manage relationships with media, influencers, and external PR agencies to increase brand visibility.
• Prepare and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
• Assist in organizing and promoting company events, sponsorships, and public engagements.
• Measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in brand communication, marketing, or public relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Experience with content creation, press releases, and public speaking.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinking with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work well within a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
