Job Summary

• A dynamic and experienced Human Resources (HR) and Administrativeprofessional is sought to join a leading provider of janitorial and facility cleaning management services.

Responsibilities
The lists included for the Job description are not exhaustive and further requirements may be added:

• Conduct interviews, security checks, and onboarding processes for new staff.
• Ensure all staff have up-to-date, complete, and accurate documentation.
• Conduct regular audits to verify staff documents and information.
• Perform impromptu onsite inspections to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) for staff.
• Design and deliver soft skills and technical training programs for staff.
• Establish service guidelines to ensure staff provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and maintain feedback mechanisms from clients.
• Design and implement a performance appraisal system for staff and client satisfaction.
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content and ensuring consistent customer interaction.
• Identify and focus on specialized areas within the industry to enhance expertise.

Basic Requirements

• Planning and Organizing: Ability to prioritize tasks, establish efficient workflows, and manage multiple projects simultaneously; excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Integrity and Confidentiality: Unwavering commitment to ethical standards, discretion, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
