• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Experience with Office Equipment and Software
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to multitask, manage appointments, and keep the front desk organized.
• Ability to handle guest or client complaints and solve issues efficiently and calmly.
• Maintaining a polished and professional appearance and attitude.
• Patience and Empathy.
• Adaptability.

Salary
N80,000 / month.
