Job Title: Manager Technical Expert, Quality Assurance and Control

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Project quality plan.
• Ability to Interface with project coordinator on project.
• QC inspection during fabrication of piping right from material identification stage, PMI, fit up, weld visual, NDT, clean build and hydrotesting.
• He/she must be able to Manage quality during fabrication of manifold, pipeline end termination, SPM and assembly and testing of Christmas trees and ensure completion of project within cost and schedule.
• Managing diverse work force of different nationalities.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for non-conformances of high criticality issues.
• Ensure implementation of BBS (Behaviour Based Safety)
• Follow up with the contractor / supplier for timely submission of the documents and records as per contractor’s / supplier’s document requirement list.
• Participation in criticality assessment and Management of Change (MOC) reviews Management of safety and construction during fabrication of the offshore platform.
• Ensure that materials are supplied against genuine certificates and that there is no falsification.
• To ensure material traceability is established and weld repair rate is minimized.
• Resolve quality issues at site
• Removal of dead legs and addition of ALHF facilities during shutdown
• Development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs
• Certification audits per and internal audits as per ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Safety Certification 112 unmanned platforms, 12 process platforms and 8 no of drilling rigs as per OSHA guidelines.

Job Specification

• He/She Shall have a recognized B.Sc. Degree in engineering or the sciences with at least 10 years relevant experience in quality management in an engineering company
• Knowledge in preparation/implementation of an ISO 9001 based QMS.
• Able to manage mitigations for Quality risks
• Able to conduct verification exercise as contained in Quality risk-based verification strategy
• He/she shall be an IRCA (or equivalent) certified Auditor.
