Job Title: Head, People Manager

Job Summary

• The Head People’s Manager is responsible for leading the People Operations function, ensuring the strategic alignment of human resources with the overall objectives of the company. 
• This role involves overseeing all aspects of people management, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, training, and compliance.
• The Head People’s Manager will also develop policies that promote company culture, foster productivity, and ensure employee well-being.

Responsibilities
Strategic People Management:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
• Provide input into the company’s strategic planning from a people management perspective.

Talent Acquisition and Development:

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and maintain top talent.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical roles within the company.
• Conducting performance reviews.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

• Foster a positive work environment by driving employee engagement initiatives.
• Design and implement strategies to enhance employee motivation, morale, and

Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance:

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Workforce Analytics and Reporting:

• Track HR metrics (such as employee turnover, engagement scores, etc.) and provide regular reports to management.
• Use data to make informed decisions about people management strategies.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Health, Safety, and Well-being:

• Develop policies and programs that promote work-life balance and overall employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.

Salary
N300,000 Monthly.
