We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Officer

Location: Ogudu / Ojota / Ketu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Finance Sales Officer to join our client team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with clients, and selling loan services to businesses and individuals.
  • You are to meet or exceed sales targets and report directly to Sales Manager/Regional Manager

Job Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell or cross-sell financial products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends.

Client Engagement:

  • Build rapport with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date with financial products and services offered by the company.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on financial planning, investments, and risk management.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • OND / NCE in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proactivity and self-motivation.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Salary
N70,000 monthly, plus commission on sales.
