Job Description
The ideal person for this role should have the:

• Track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to understand customer needs, offer personalized solutions, and manage expectations to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with a diverse global audience, clearly presenting ideas and solutions.
• Strong ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and craft strategies that align with company goals.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with marketing and product teams to drive overall business success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in selling SaaS products.
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in managing a community.
