Job Summary

• The Quality Improvement Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality improvement initiatives.
• This position will involve collaborating with various departments to identify areas for improvement, developing action plans, and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality improvement programs and initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Collaborate with department heads and staff to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address deficiencies.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
• Lead and facilitate quality improvement teams and committees.
• Provide training and education to staff on quality improvement processes and tools.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports and presentations on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes for hospital leadership and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality improvement or healthcare management.
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies and tools, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and PDSA cycles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with data analysis and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
