Job Title: Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Cocktail Preparation: Create and serve a variety of cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Menu Development:Design innovative drink menus and seasonal specials.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and respond to feedback to enhance their experience.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage waste.
• Bar Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and responsible serving guidelines.
