Job Title: Project Support Officer

Location: Oniru, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in administrative duties
• Scheduling meetings and taking rninutes
• Producing project reporting data
• Facilitating communication
• Keeping track of change Iog
• Filling out schedule variant
• Keeping track of risk log and issue log
• Any otherjob functions assigned by the Project Managers
• Document control and management.
• N.B: This role is essential for ensuring support for team members in the project management dept

Skills and Qualifications

• Relevant Degree or certification in project management is often preferred
• Previous administrative experience is often preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Agility and proactiveness mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Administrative and clerical skills
• Proficiency in use of microsoft office
• Basic understanding of project management.
