Job Title: Social Media / Marketing Executive

Job Description

• The Social Media/Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engage with customers, and drive sales for our ISP services.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social
• Create engaging and informative content that reflects the brand’s voice and values, including graphics, videos, blogs, and infographics.
• Design visually appealing content that aligns with marketing campaigns
• Plan and executes promotional activities for the Sales department.
• Manage daily activities on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends in the ISP industry.
• Analyze competitor activities and strategies to inform marketing initiatives.
• Foster relationships with customers and potential clients through social media engagement and online communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management and digital marketing, manadtorily telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems (CMS).
• Analytical mindset with experience in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
