Job Title: Study Center Facilitator

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Study Center facilitator provides academic support, guidance, and administrative assistance to students attending the study center. This individual ensures a conducive learning environment by facilitating study sessions, answering student queries, coordinating with tutors or academic personnel, and ensuring that students have access to all necessary resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Offer academic help to students, including tutoring, answering questions, and explaining difficult concepts.
• Track and monitor student performance, helping them to stay on track with their coursework and offering assistance where needed.
• Organize and conduct workshops, study groups, or review sessions to reinforce learning.
• Provide guidance on completing assignments, projects, or other course-related activities.
• Assist students in accessing study materials, such as textbooks, online resources, or educational platforms.
• If exams are conducted at the study center, the facilitator may oversee the process to ensure integrity and fairness.
• Actively encourage students, motivate them to participate, and offer support when they face challenges.
• Keep a record of student attendance at the study center or in online sessions.
• Facilitate team-based activities, discussions, and collaborative learning sessions.
• Help resolve conflicts or disputes between students or between students and the institution, if necessary.
• Provide or refer students to counseling services, particularly when they face personal, academic, or emotional challenges.

Education

• B.Sc and M.Sc in Economics, Business, Marketing, Banking, and Finance or any other business-related field in addition to 5 years work experience.
