Job Profile
As a Distribution Sales Executive at DreamWorks, you will be a key player in expanding our market reach and driving sales of our diverse range of products.
role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and other partners, contributing to the company's growth.
Candidate must have good experience to deepen market engagement in Laptops | Phones | Accessories and Power volume sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development:
Drive sales of DreamWorks products through effective distribution channels.
Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors and retailers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for product distribution.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance distribution strategies.
Targets and Reporting:
Set and achieve sales targets for assigned regions.
Prepare regular sales reports, including performance analysis and market feedback.
Utilize data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Relationship Management:
Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and other partners to ensure effective product placement and visibility.
Provide training and support to partners on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by distribution partners promptly.
Promotions and Marketing:
Coordinate promotional activities and marketing campaigns in collaboration with Marketing teams.
Implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and product awareness.
Support partners in executing marketing initiatives at the distribution level.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in the electronics or technology industry.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in using sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
