Job Title: Digital Marketer & Content Creator

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking a talented and versatile Digital marketer and Content Creator to join our dynamic team.
  • The ideal candidate will excel in content writing, script writing, developing viral content, phone cinematography, and phone editing.
  • As a Digital Marketer and Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth.
  • You will work closely with our creative and marketing teams to develop strategies and content that align with our brand's vision and objectives.
  • Have a good knowledge of Online and offline marketing strategies & campaigns.
  • Develop a rapport with new clients, set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship
  • Prospect for potential new local and international clients and turn this into increased businesses.
  • Visit and meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your people network.
  • Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
  • Develops, implements, executes, monitors and evaluates strategic marketing plans to achieve the organization’s objectives.
  • Developing strategies to acquire new customers through existing channels such as search engine optimization (SEO) or pay-per-click advertising (PPC), SEM, Social Media Offline etc.
  • Conducting research to find new ways to reach target audiences through social media channels, email campaigns, content creation, etc.
  • Analyzing website data to identify what types of content resonate with visitors, what types of content are ignored, and how frequently visitors are assessing the website.
  • Using data analysis tools to track website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing strategies for increasing sales conversions of products through strategic partnerships with other companies.
  • Think and work strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.

Key responsibilities
Social media Management:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement and follower growth.
  • Manage and curate content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Respond to comments, messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Content Creation:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Write and edit compelling blog posts, articles, social media posts, and other written content.
  • Develop scripts for video content, ensuring clear and impactful messaging.
  • Use phone cinematography to capture dynamic video footage and photos for social media.
  • Edit videos and photos using phone editing tools and apps to produce polished and professional content.

Viral content development:

  • Generate creative ideas for viral content that resonates with our audience and encourage sharing.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and viral content formats on social media platforms.
  • Experiment with different content styles and formats to find what works best for our brand.
  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in scriptwriting for video content.
  • Strong skills in phone cinematography and editing using mobile apps.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and metrics is a plus.
  • Knowledge of building or having worked with e-commerce or a reputable organization will be an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of campaign strategies –good use of social media will be an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok and proficiency in automation tools (Canva) etc.
