R.E.D Services - Our client in a Real Estate management firm, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Executive

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full Time
Type of Contract: Permanent
Department: Administration
Directly reports to: Principal Consultant/CEO

Job Description

  • We are looking to hire an experienced, innovative, forward thinking, and talented individual to fill the position of an Administrative Executive in their organisation.
  • She/he would be responsible for managing people, monitoring, evaluation of risk assets to ensure no value loss, supervision of day to day task and business, proper time management and set up of standard operating procedures for all departments in the company as well.

Specific Duties / Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely, daily and accurate delivery of task assigned.
  • Ensure implementation of all the processes and procedures for maximum efficiency.
  • Proper organisation of soft and hard copy files for documentation and reference.
  • Manage the calendar/schedule of the principal consultant/CEO.
  • Organise the structure of an office.

Administrative Management:

  • Overall day to day office management.
  • Organise, maintain and tidy office equipments/environment.
  • Prepare budget, support auditing process, training and the coordination of projects.
  • Execute proper time management.
  • Communicate with the media and other interested parties to announce new events and discuss organizational changes in a way that attempts to maintain a positive image of the company.

Educational Qualifications

  • BSc in management, Administration, or any Arts and social science related field.
  • Must be proficient in MS packages ( Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Power Point).

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • 2 - 3 years work experience
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal skills
  • A good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency and typing speed with computers, especially MS Office.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of projects and deadlines.
  • Good Customer Service Relations skills.
  • Must be innovative, dynamic and forward thinking.
  • Must be a Team Work Person.

Remuneration
N80,000 - N150,000 monthly.
