Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Front Desk Officer / Digital Marketing Specialist.
This dual-role position requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional with a strong background in digital marketing.
The successful candidate will be part of the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, while also driving our digital marketing efforts to enhance our online presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk Officer:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Digital Marketing Specialist:
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company’s website and social media platforms.
Create, curate, and manage content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analyticaltools.
Optimize website content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and the effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with digital marketing, including social media management, SEO, and content creation.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
