Job Title: Client Acquisition & Account Manager

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new clients, including sports teams, academies, and schools.
• Help clients onboard players and manage accounts on the Talent Lockr platform.
• Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the main point of contact for existing Talent Lockr clients, addressing any queries or issues.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for new user acquisition, with specific numbers to be determined post-interview.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or account management (preferably in the sports or tech industry).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

• Familiarity with managing accounts or onboarding processes is a plus.

• Competitive salary ranging from N200,000 to N250,000, depending on experience.
