Job Summary

• Tomas Haircare, a leading hair care brand based in Lagos State, Nigeria, is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven online Sales Representative to help grow our digital presence and engage with customers across online platforms.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our haircare products, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets through online channels.
• This role requires a passion for haircare, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers through social media, WhatsApp, email, and other online platforms.
• Promote Tomas Haircare products by providing detailed product knowledge, including benefits, ingredients, pricing, and availability.
• Manage and grow online sales by identifying customer needs and recommending the best haircare solutions for their concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and fostering brand loyalty.
• Process orders, track customer inquiries, and manage sales through our digital systems, including social media shops and e-commerce websites.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide feedback on customer preferences and product performance.
• Respond to customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner, ensuring a positive brand experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity for reporting purposes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in online sales, preferably within the beauty or haircare industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp) and e-commerce tools.
• A passion for haircare and a willingness to stay informed on the latest products and trends.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

• Remote work with occasional in-person meetings at our Lagos office.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required.

Salary
N25,000 - N35,000 monthly.
