Pack ‘N’ Pay is a product of CIC Integrated Services LTD. CIC was created as a wholesale store that supplies food to offshore catering companies to feed the offshore workers. Pack ’N’ Pay was created as a product that would leverage technology to solve the problems of retailers and wholesalers. Pack ‘N’ Pay officially started operations on January 18th 2021 and launched her ecommerce website on March 1st 2021.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Assistant

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Description 

  • We are recruiting for the position of HR/Admin Assistant (NYSC).
  • As an HR/admin assistant, you will provide support to the HR and administrative unit of the company.

Duties
Your Duties include;

  • Assist in posting job vacancies and coordinating recruitment processes.
  • Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing induction materials and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure employee files are properly organized and confidential information is securely stored.
  • Assist with processing employee requests such as leave applications, contract renewals, and benefits administration.
  • Support the HR in preparing payroll by verifying attendance and managing other payroll-related data.
  • Oversee general administrative duties, such as handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and managing the office environment.
  • Preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business administration, or relevant field.
  • Must be a corper serving in Port Harcourt
  • 0 - 1 year work experience.
  • Young, Smart and Vibrant
  • Ability to Prioritize and multi-task
  • Experience using MS Office and Google workspace
