Job Summary

• Our client, a rapidly growing real estate company in Lagos, is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Executive to join their dynamic team.
• This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilites
Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote properties, attract new clients, and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends within the real estate sector.
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and lead-generation targets.

Brand Management:

• Ensure consistency in the company’s branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
• Manage and maintain the company’s online presence, including the website, social media, and other digital platforms.

Digital Marketing:

• Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, and SEO/SEM efforts.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing activities and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights to track and report on the effectiveness of campaigns.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Implement customer feedback mechanisms and use insights to improve marketing efforts and enhance customer experience.

Event Management:

• Plan and coordinate marketing events, property showings, and open houses to showcase properties and engage potential clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings.

Content Creation:

• Develop editorial and content calendars for various media platforms and outlets.

Budget Management:

• Help team leads set, allocate, and monitor budgets for each project.

Campaign Monitoring:

• Review the progress and success of current campaigns, adjusting or proposing new ideas as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the real estate sector
• In-depth knowledge of real estate marketing strategies and target audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
