Position Overview

• We’re looking for a passionate Sales Leader to drive our sales strategy and inspire our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, a strong understanding of market dynamics, and the ability to develop high-performing sales teams.
• You will be responsible for setting sales targets, developing strategies, and fostering relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and improve offerings.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and report on outcomes.
• Provide regular training and coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales and leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
