Job Description

• The candidate will develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns promoting the organization's products and services.
• The candidate will enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, acquire leads/customers, and manage social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Create and manage engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email marketing.
• Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and drive organic traffic.
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve results.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
• Stay updated on innovative digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the health-tech space.
• Manage the company’s social media presence, engaging with the audience to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Work closely with the sales team to create digital marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Four years experience in digital marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative digital marketing ideas.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
