Job Title: Sourcing Officer

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• You will identify, recruit, and managepotential candidates for various positions.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
• Identify creative and cost-effective strategies to find the best talent.
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring they are informed and engaged.
• Provide candidates with information about job duties, working conditions, etc.
• Maintain an updated and organized candidate database, including contact information, qualifications, and feedback.
• Handle candidate information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
