Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic Product Insight Executive to join our team.
• This role will focus on analyzing market trends, customer feedback, and the competitive landscape to provide actionable insights that will drive product strategy and innovation.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for understanding customer needs, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and usability tests to inform product development.
• Data Interpretation: Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to generate reports and presentations that highlight key insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and design teams to ensure insights are integrated into product strategies.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and positioning to provide recommendations for differentiation.
• Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and insights to stakeholders, ensuring alignment on product direction and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in product insight, market research, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Experience with customer research methodologies (e.g., surveys, focus groups).
• ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
