Job Title: Sales Admin Supervisor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the sales administration team.
• Ensure that sales orders, contracts, and customer data are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage and maintain customer databases, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all administrative tasks related to client transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management.
• Monitor and improve sales administration processes to enhance efficiency.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in collaboration with the sales team.
• Train, mentor, and manage the performance of the sales admin staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to sales and customer data management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales Admin Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales and other departments.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements.
