Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for driving growth and innovation in the real estate development and property building construction industry?
• We are currently seeking a Business Development Personnel with a minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation and pipeline management to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic initiatives for market expansion.
• Utilize your expertise in lead generation and pipeline management to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Work in synergy with construction personnel to ensure seamless project execution and successful delivery of high-quality properties.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business development opportunities.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative strategies to position our company as a leader in the real estate and construction sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, investors, and key stakeholders to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in project development and execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development within the real estate development and property building construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with construction personnel to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Generate new leads and opportunities to drive business growth and expansion in the real estate sector.
