Job Description

• As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and producing a range of design assets to support our marketing, product, and brand initiatives.
• You’ll work closely with the marketing and development teams to create visually compelling graphics, digital assets, and print materials that align with our brand identity and communicate our message effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing the development of all creative content from digital to OOH, print, etc.
• Planning and overseeing the development of company advertising and promo materials.
• Supporting the marketing team in coming up with designs that connect with the Consumers.
• Engage in company sponsored and or participating activities that promote brand visibility.
• Develop and execute creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for various platforms including web, social media, print, and product packaging.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure designs are fresh, innovative, and competitive.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and high-quality standards are met.
• Adapt designs based on feedback and make necessary adjustments while maintaining creative integrity.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a creative designer in a similar creative role
• Hand-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design and brand development
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Motion graphics, video editing, blender etc).
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
