Job Description

• As our business development officer, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth.
• Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
• Pitch and present business proposals to potential clients.
•  Negotiate and close deals.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver solutions and services.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills.
• knowledge in healthcare setting.
• Experience with data analysis and market research tools.
• Familiarity with sales automation platforms.
• Certification in sales or business development (e.g., HubSpot Sales Certification).

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
